Registration for the first inaugural iftar for new members of the Muslim community
The Shoura organises a special Iftar for all reverts on the 26 March 2024 at the Gazi Isa-beg mosque in Esch-sur-Alzette. The programm will start at 18:45 (Iftar being at 19:03).

The provisions below regulate the protection of personal data governing the collection, processing, and use of personal data when filling out a registration form to participate in a public meal (iftar) organized by the Shoura.
The collected data will be kept and used only by the meal organizer for the purpose of organizing the event and contacting participants solely in relation to the meal.
- Collection of Personal Data – When registering for the public meal organized by the Shoura, participants will be asked to provide personal data such as their name, surname, email address, phone number, and any other relevant information for the organization of the event.
- Use of Personal Data – The collected personal data will be used exclusively for the organization of the public meal. The meal organizer undertakes not to share, sell, or rent this data to third parties for any purpose without the prior consent of the participants.
- Security of Personal Data – The meal organizer will take necessary measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the collected personal data. The data will be stored securely and will only be accessible to authorized personnel for processing within the scope of the meal organization.
- Data Retention – The collected personal data will only be retained for the time necessary for the organization of the public meal. Once the event is completed, the data will be securely deleted, unless participants give their consent for further retention.
By accepting to fill out the registration form for the public meal organized by the Shoura, participants acknowledge having read and accepted the provisions of this data protection regulation.
