Shoura Delegation Attends the Celebration of the 103rd Anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye

At the invitation of His Excellency Faruk Kaymakcı, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, a delegation of the Shoura – Assembly of the Muslim Community of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg – attended the official reception held on 29 October 2026 to mark the 103rd anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic of Türkiye.

The Shoura delegation consisted of the Muslim Religious Leader of Luxembourg, Hafiz Hilmija Redžić; President Jasmin Jahić; Vice-President Muhamed Ćeman; and Secretary General Lukman Aličković.

The reception brought together representatives of the diplomatic community, public institutions, and various sectors of Luxembourgish society, providing an opportunity for cordial exchanges and strengthening institutional relations.

On this occasion, the Shoura delegation extended its congratulations to Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı and the people of Türkiye on their national holiday, reaffirming the importance of mutual respect, constructive dialogue, and cooperation.
