First Meeting Between the Religious Leader and the Imams

On Sunday, December 10, 2023, the inaugural official meeting between the imams and the new religious leader, hafiz Hilmija Redžić, took place at the “Islamic Center in Luxembourg” (CIL) in Contern. The imams and the religious leader discussed enhancing community activities and strengthening the role of the imams. Religious leader hafiz Hilmija Redžić advocated for diversifying activities offered by various mosques, such as weekly lectures and Quran reading circles for all demographic groups. This productive meeting marks the beginning of efforts to enrich and improve the spiritual life of the Muslim community in the Grand Duchy.
