Reception of the new Ambassador of Türkiye at the Shoura headquarters (Gallery)

On Tuesday, 24 February 2026, at the headquarters of the Shoura — the Assembly of the Muslim Community of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg — an official reception was organized on the occasion of the assumption of office of the new Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

His Excellency Faruk Kaymakcı, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye, paid an official visit to the Shoura, accompanied by Necati Erbil Ertürk, Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Türkiye in Luxembourg.

The Shoura delegation included the Muslim Religious Leader in Luxembourg, Hafiz Hilmija Redžić; Shoura Vice-President Muhamed Ćeman; Shoura member Karim Aknine; Ender Ulcun; and the Secretary General of the Shoura, Lukman Aličković.

The meeting took place in a cordial and constructive atmosphere, marked by mutual introductions and an exchange of views on matters of interest to the Muslim community in Luxembourg, institutional cooperation, and other important issues.
