Meeting at the Headquarters of the Shoura with Dr. Elvedin Pezić (galery)

On Sunday, March 21, 2026, the Shoura delegation, composed of President Jasmin Jahić, Vice-President Muhamed Ćeman, Muslim Religious Leader in Luxembourg Hafiz Hilmija Redžić, and Secretary General Lukman Aličković, received Dr. Elvedin Pezić at the Shoura headquarters. He was a guest at the Eid celebration organized by the Gazi Isa-beg Islamic Center and was accompanied by the center’s imam, Hafiz Zikret Mustafić.

Dr. Pezić is a well-known lecturer in the Bosnian-speaking world and the author of several books and articles in the field of fiqh. During the meeting, discussions focused on important topics related to building a positive and multicultural social environment, promoting values, developing high-quality leadership, and fostering dialogue at all levels of society.

The Eid celebration, held at Gaalgebierg Park in Esch, brought together hundreds of Muslims. In a family-friendly atmosphere, with numerous activities for both adults and children, Eid al-Fitr was celebrated. Alongside the hosts—the President of the Gazi Isa-beg Islamic Center Vahid Durović, Imam Hafiz Zikret Mustafić, and Muslim Religious Leader Hafiz Hilmija Redžić—and in the presence of municipal councilor Dejvid Ramdedović, the closing address was delivered by Dr. Elvedin Pezić.
